There are several dolls in the world that are said to be haunted and cursed. Annabelle, for example, is so haunted that the doll is kept in an enclosed glass case inside of the Warren’s Occult Museum. Two other allegedly haunted dolls have recently made headlines for being extremely dangerous to the public. Let’s take a look at their stories.
Crone Doll Can Make You Bleed And Cause Accidents
In 2016, two friends who were hiking found a doll inside of a mountain range cave located to the north of New York. They took the doll home and that’s when they experienced poltergeist activity as well as seeing terrifying apparitions. The doll was then given to Greg and Dana Newkirk who are well-known in the paranormal field.
The Newkirks also had terrifying experienced with the doll. One example was when they were watching television and they heard a loud crash. They assumed their cats were fighting so Greg went into the office to break them up, but the cats were nowhere to be found. Eventually he found them hiding under the bed. “I walked into the office and almost stood on Jesus – who’d been ripped off a wooden crucifix that was still attached to the wall. Only Jesus’ arm was still attached to the cross,” Greg explained, adding, “And for that to happen, someone had to have had held it and physically prised it off.”
Not the Crone doll
They set up motion-activated cameras and a picture was taken when the doll seemed to have moved an inch to its left. Dana even witnessed an apparition of a woman standing in the corner of their bedroom. Then they noticed wet footprints on the floor.
Their most terrifying experience, however, was when Dana asked Greg, “Why were you standing on the couch? Did you change a light bulb or something? You need to come here and look at this.” That’s when she showed him two unexplained wet footprints on the back of the couch that were facing the wall.
The doll was then displayed as part of their Travelling Museum of the Paranormal & Occult tour. After looking at the doll, one man “suffered a seizure and started bleeding out of his mouth”, and others were involved in car accidents “because they had mocked her”. Since so many terrifying things occurred around the doll, the Newkirks returned it to the cave and buried it. You can see a picture of this terrifying Crone doll here.
Grace Doll Wants To Burn Your Eyes
A paranormal investigator and his team, along with some members of the public, were investigating a location in Cheshire, England, last month when they encountered a terrifying doll that seemingly uttered a threat. Danny Moss claimed that the doll named Grace is the most haunted object in the entire United Kingdom, as it can move on its own and even talk.
During the investigation, they captured a voice saying “burn” and when Mr. Moss asked what it wanted to burn, the voice responded with, “your eyes”. Another camera recorded a voice saying, “release,” as well as some unexplained knocking sounds.
“Hearing it say it wanted to burn my eyes was terrifying at the time and to have members of the public along with us who witnessed it was just crazy,” Moss said, adding, “What is also significant is that a few years ago we also captured a voice saying something along the lines of reap your eyes and a number of people have had the sensation of their eyes burning but we never thought too much of it until this incident.”
The Grace doll has been compared to Annabelle
The spirit is believed to be of a witch from the 1600s and she attached herself to the doll during a ghost hunt in Ruthin. “We believe this doll gained its attachment in Ruthin and over the last few months we have recorded some good evidence including knocking sounds and the same voice several times which has been captured and heard in real time. We’ve had knocking sounds and a voice saying release me which was captured on the box and the camera shows nobody else was in the room,” Moss explained.
The doll is so haunted that it’s kept inside of a glass box. Moss has compared the Grace doll to the Annabelle doll. You can see the video here as well as pictures of the Grace doll.
