Ever wondered why the Men in Black look weird and act weird? Certainly, there’s no doubt about their odd appearances. And they hardly act normal. There’s no doubt that the phenomenally successful Men in Black movies created something notable. Namely, the image of the MIB being “secret agents” of an equally secret agency. As entertaining and fun as the movies are, the image portrayed by Hollywood is very different to that of the real Men in Black. For example, they are often described as having skin that almost looks like plastic. They often seem to be wearing wigs. They wear sunglasses that hide their often-oversized eyes. And they seem to be lacking in a sense of self-awareness. Indeed, their warnings to UFO witnesses seem to be learned, almost in parrot fashion, and with no real understanding of what they are saying. At all. All of this, of course, is very different to the antics portrayed by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones on the big-screen. So, if the MIB of the real world aren’t agents of a super-secret department, then what are they? The theories include aliens, time-travelers, biological robots, demons, supernatural tricksters and thought-forms. The latter is the theory I’m going to focus on today.
As for what thought-forms are, well, in simple terms they are the creations of the human mind – whether achieved deliberately or not. The Black Sheep Community say of this particularly strange phenomenon: “Thought forms are much like the name suggests; thoughts. Except, these thoughts are powerful due to the attached energy they have to them. The power comes from within you; it can be positive or negative depending on your innate feeling relating to the particular thought-form. The trick is to harness the energy and use it to propel your idea. A lot of people think being able to come up with thought-forms successfully is quite complicated and takes years of training. However, this is not true. While they are not a piece of cake, the ability to come up with them doesn’t take years either!”
Occult World state: “Tibetan Thought-forms In Tibetan occultism, thoughts can create a phantom form called a tulpa. Of temporary duration, tulpas usually assume human shape and are created to be sent out on a mission. In her explorations of Tibetan thought, Alexandra David-Neel successfully created a tulpa, though it was not what she intended and for a time eluded her control. David-Neel sought to create a lama who would be ‘short and fat, of an innocent and jolly type.’ After several months of performing the prescribed ritual, a phantom monk appeared. It assumed a lifelike form over a period of time and existed almost like a guest in David-Neel’s apartment. The tulpa tagged along with her as she went out on a tour. To her distress, the tulpa began to change. She wrote, ‘The features . . . gradually underwent a change. The fat, 312 thought-form chubby-cheeked fellow grew leaner, his face assumed a vaguely mocking, sly, malignant look. He became more troublesome and bold. In brief, he escaped my control.'”
Thomas E. Bearden detailed in his 1980 book, Excalibur Briefing his thoughts on the matter of thought-forms and the Men in Black, something that comes to the crux of today’s article: “A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you. It’s currently unproven whether or not tulpas are truly sentient, but in this community, we treat them as such. It takes time for a tulpa to develop a convincing and complex personality; as they grow older, your attention and their life experiences will shape them into a person with their own hopes, dreams and beliefs.”
Bearden concluded: “The kindling of virtual state tulpoidal forms into the zeroth bioframe of a physical reality (materialization) can result in the materialization of living, breathing, functioning forms. There is essentially no limit on the format that may be obtained. Sasquatch, Nessie, fairies, demons, angels, mothmen, skunkmen, yeti, kangaroos, etc. are just a small sampling.” On this same matter of thought-forms, Bearden addresses the MIB in the following fashion. He said: “The men-in-black syndrome is based on our own unconscious tuning; since each of us has some unpleasantness in the unconscious, sometimes the tuned-in-men-in-black can be very nasty indeed.”
